hello everyone,

I'm working on a ZAP that moves the body of Outlook Mail including a specific title to a Google sheet.

this is my ZAP : https://zapier.com/shared/2e3c4fa238efe20c01d878d9887b20ee6a72323d

However, the text is often not a single line. In order to actually use it, the content of a line is greatly insufficient.

if I move several lines of text to Google Sheet, all the texts are assigned to one line, not to each line.

I'd like to assign each sentence in the text to each Google sheet row, how can I do that?

Your feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @uraenus88, hope you’re doing well!

When using an email app like Microsoft Outlook, the data from the body of the email comes as one whole text field which may not save correctly onto an app like Google Sheet.

If the goal is to extract specific information from the body of the email, you can try using Email Parser by Zapier to do this. You can learn more about that here: https://zapier.com/blog/email-parser-guide/

I hope that helps!
