How to use AI for meeting notes extraction and draft review generation in a service business?

I’m in a service business and regularly send invitations to customers asking them to review us. We usually provide them with a draft review to get them started and make it easy for them to complete a review for us. I was thinking that it would be really helpful to have AI grab our notes from customer meetings out of OneNote and suggest possible draft reviews to use.

Does anyone have ideas on how to actually do this?

I would love, love, love to hear your ideas!

Available Zap app triggers/actions:

ChatGPT: https://zapier.com/apps/chatgpt/integrations#triggers-and-actions

OpenAI: https://zapier.com/apps/openphone/integrations#triggers-and-actions

 

Files by Zapier: https://zapier.com/apps/files-by-zapier/integrations#triggers-and-actions

 

For OneNote, you’d have to use the OneNote API to get files in order to use another Zap action to dehydrate the file to get the text from the file.

That can be done via one of these advanced actions:

  • Custom Action
  • API Request
