We run ecommerce website and customers input their phone numbers through our sales funnel.
The funnel page is built from Typeform.

Is there a way to send message to the number pulled from Typeform?

The Typeform fields are also saved on Google sheet.

Hi @Boris Zorba

Good question.

You’ll need to use an SMS app to send the SMS messages.

Check out these Phone & SMS category apps: https://zapier.com/apps/categories/phone

Example: Twilio

Hi @Boris Zorba

You can also send SMS automatically using SMS by Zapier when ever a New Spreadsheet Row is added in the Google Sheet.

However, you might need a formatter step to format the Phone Number as your Country Code and then add the SMS By Zapier Action Step.

Yeah I tried with <Send Twilio SMS messages from new rows on Google Sheets> zap and it worked successfully!

Thank you so much!

@Boris Zorba Hi Boris, You can always try connecting to an shared business texting app to trigger the SMS message. This is usually provides a better user experience for managing replies than just connecting to an API like Twilio

Some example business texting apps are MessageDesk.com, Simpletexting.com and SaleMsg.com

Full disclosure - I’m affiliated with MessageDesk and their product team!
