Question

How to search for a record in Zapier Tables that matches today's date and time?

I am creating a zap that should search for a record in the specified table every hour.
For this purpose, I created a ZAP that triggers every hour.

In Zapier Table I have field: “Planowany termin publikacji” (which means: Planned publication date/hour) set like that:

Then created “Find or Create Record in Zapier Tables" event for this purpose.

I am not sure which operator to use and what to enter in the lookup value so that ZAP would search for the record that has “Planowany termin publikacji” set for today’s date and current hour (minutes doesn’t matter).

Can you please help me?

Hi @GrzegorzK

Good question.

Try this…

Use a Find Record step to return a representative record to see how the data is formatted for that field.

That will help you configure the Zap step.

Hi @GrzegorzK you can set up a Trigger when a New or Updated Record is presented in a Table and check for the date you are looking for. Instead of doing it reverse, having a schedule each 1h and lookup the Table.
