Hi,

 

I’m trying to set up a zap where when my customer cancels a subscription they are removed from a mailchimp tag. However when stripe is sending over the information it is not sending over the email data so I’m unable to choose it. 

I can see that many people are using this zap set up so I am sure I am just missing something. 

Could someone please help me?

Try adding Stripe Find Charge as Step 2 in the Zap.

Just wanted to follow up on this one for anyone running into the same issue, to note that you’d want to use Stripe’s Find Customer by Stripe ID action, instead of the Find Charge action. 

The Canceled Subscription trigger will state the ID number for the customer in the Customer ID field. You’d then select that Customer ID field in the Find Customer by Stripe ID action, which will allow you to find the corresponding user’s email address in Stripe. :)
