How to edit Zaps that are running? What is the most hygienic way to do it?

Hey, I've been wondering how to edit a Long zap, like 7-10 steps or more, without pausing it.

I have a Zap for my community and I don't want new members having trouble registering.

How do you do it? Zapier recommends cloning the Zap, editing it, pausing the first one and turning on the second edited Zap.

Is there an alternative? How do you do it?

Cheers,

Hi @alonsovaes

One option is to clone the Zap and make the necessary edits, then switch the original Zap OFF and turn the new Zap ON.

There is no other way to edit a Zap w/o turning the Zap OFF.

Thanks @Troy Tessalone! I was thinking that perhaps there was a more sophisticated alternative.
