I just discovered that when running Facebook Lead Ads you can optimize for conversions at the bottom of the Ad Set set up screen, to get higher quality leads. Then Facebook gives you the option to connect to your CRM adding the code yourself (not for me) or using a plug in, in this case, Zapier. When you click on the button to "Finish in Zapier" you land on the Zapier home page and… then what? Does anybody know how to progress from here? See screenshots please.

@AndrewJDavison_Luhhu Thanks for your prompt reply. I've actually gone through that and connected Facebook to my CRM already for normal leads coming from Facebook Lead Ads, optimised for Leads (for quantity of leads over quality), and it was an easy wizard-led process between Facebook and Zapier.

The new Conversion optimized leads though, asks for an integration between the CRM and the Facebook Conversion API to optimise leads for the conversion event you're after (to be defined after this connection step). So it seems to be a different thing now, covered in the Facebook Ads Manager help text attached. Please see new screenshots. Thanks.

@aglusman

You’ll need to build a zap in Zapier to process the leads.

Here are two guides to help get your started:
