How to bring an attachment/image from Survey Monkey to an Office 365 e-mail

Hello,

I have created a shortish form in Survey Monkey, and now I am using Zapier to send myself (and a colleague) an e-mail by Office 365 Outlook with all the fields of the Survey Monkey form to ourselves (through BCC), but with all the answers in the e-mail, so we don’t have to go into Survey Monkey constantly to get the answers.

One of the fields is an attachment upload field (for uploading an image), but no matter what I do, I can’t seem to get the image into the e-mail. I have used the HTML setting, but I can’t find the field to use into the <img src="??????"/> coding.

Is there any advice someone can give, because I really don’t know to do.

I thank you in advance for your kind advice,

Kindest regards,

Wendy

Hi @wendij22!

Happy to see that you’ve reached out to our Support team and they’ve helped you out with this. The answer, for anyone else who comes across this, is that the New Response Notification With Answers trigger doesn’t support files. We have an open feature request for it. If you find this and would like to be added to that feature request, the quickest way to do that is to send our Support team a quick message letting them know :)
