Hi, 

I’m using email as data to make invoice for companies, do you see a way to set my zaps or their email so that even if they change credentials say on gmail I wont have to log them again on the zap?

If your account credentials are updated for Gmail (or any app) then you’d need to reconnect the account in Zapier with the updated login credentials. This will ensure that any Zaps that are connected to that same Gmail account will continue to run.
