@jhance
It looks like the sample from the trigger is hardcoded into the app, meaning you may not be able to load in the most recent value in the set up. Here is an article on it”:
Hi @jhance!
If you skip the test on the Sendinblue step, then turn the Zap on, does it work properly?
Also, is that by any chance an actual item in your Poptin account? As far as I can tell, Poptin loads samples from your account and not a hardcoded one. So you may have test@test.com in your account somewhere and that’s what is being loaded into your Zap. Can you double-check that?
Hey @jhance! Just coming in here to summarize. It looks like Nick checked and Poptin does load actual samples from your account. If actual trigger data isn’t coming across, here are a few things to try:
- Create a new item in Poptin and re-test that step. More info on changing the test data in your Zap can be found here: https://zapier.com/help/create/basics/change-the-test-data-in-your-zap-trigger
- If that doesn’t work, skip the test on the Sendinblue step, turn the Zap on, create a new item, and see if anything comes across to your Zap History: https://zapier.com/app/history
If you continue to run into issues after that and/or nothing is coming across to your Zap History, the next best step would be to reach out to our support team. They can dig a bit further than we can to be able to diagnose the issue: https://zapier.com/app/get-help
