We have a key field with an ID (First column). How do I can I look to see if there is a row in Monday.com with the same ID and update the row OR if there is no row add a new one? Detailed zap steps would be appreciated.

The desired workflow here would require a Find Pulse/Item (Row) Monday.com action and it seems that there isn’t one. So it’s not going to be possible to search for existing rows with the Monday.com integration right now.
I can see you also reached out to our Support team about this and they’ve added you to an existing feature request to add that functionality to the Monday.com integration. While I can’t give an ETA on when that would become available we’ll be sure to update you by email, and in the thread here, as soon as it is! :)
