How to add Kanbanize comments as private notes on Freshdesk tickets?

Hi how do I get a Kanbanize comment to be created as a private note withing a Freshdesk ticket.
Our clients log tickets via Freshdesk and when it is a but I will log a ticket to dev via Kanbanize, I would like to link the two.

Use the Webhooks apps as your Zap trigger:

The Kanbanize supported events for triggering a webhook are:

Hi Troy Tessalone, thank you for the response. The web hook seems to be the best option yet. Unfortunately I see the webhook trigger is a premium feature.

Yes, sometimes certain apps/functionality in Zapier or the apps involved require higher plans.

Thank you Troy, I will take a look at the paid option. I will have contacted Kanbanize for there views.
