Hi

I am currently in the process of compiling documentation for our IT organization pertaining to the potential integration of Zapier with our Salesforce environment. A query has arisen concerning the nature of the connection utilized by Zapier for this integration.

During our preliminary testing phase, it was observed that user-level authorization was not prompted for administrator approval, thereby granting the user autonomous privileges to enable the integration. This observation necessitates a deeper understanding of the connection protocols and security measures employed by Zapier.

Our IT department requires comprehensive insights into the connection methodology and security protocols of Zapier before granting approval for its integration. This information is crucial to ensure the integrity and security of our Salesforce environment.

Your expertise and assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Could you please provide detailed information on the type of connection Zapier utilizes and the underlying security measures it adheres to?

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
