how do i,when adding a row to excel, trigger to add a product in an already existing quickbook estimate

 

 

i am using qr codes on my equipement, once scan , it generates a line in excel-i need that sheet but i also would like that entry to also appears on a quickbook estimate

Updating an existing QBO Estimate action is NOT available.

Updating an existing QBO Invoice action is available.

 

Creating a new QBO invoice is an available action.

Creating a new QBO estimate is an available action.

i looked at all the integrations

i did not find what i was looking for.  that is why i am seekinf help

all i want is to scan items and the appears on an excel or google shhet

then i can add those to an estimate or an invoice without me having to rewrite the cutomer s info

 

is it possible to build a trigger for that?

The QBO action for “Update Estimate” is not currently available via the QBO Zap app integration.
