How do I use Zapier to search a Notion database and return multiple records which can be formatted into News feed style.email in Gmail ?

 

I can do almost all but I can't seem to get the results into Gmail in a useful format with multiple records.

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

Currently the “Find Database Item” action in Notion only returns 1 item at a time. However, we have an existing feature request for the “Find Database Items” which can return multiple items.

I have added you to the feature request. While not all feature requests are implemented, customer feedback like this is a huge part of how we continue to grow our platform. I'm afraid I can’t provide an ETA for when this feature might be developed because prioritization is largely dependent on the number of customers affected. We will reach out to you via email once we have an update!

There’s now an If multiple search results are found field available which you can set to return all database items that match the search criteria:
