How do I transfer form submissions from Wix to another website's form?

Hi! Is there a way through Zapier that I can connect a from in Wix and feed it to another form on a random website (not google related)? Basically, the information would be the same for both forms, I just need to automate this process to have people fill out one form instead of two in 2 different websites.

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

I wouldn’t anticipate that being a problem!

This workflow might be difficult to set up, but here are my thoughts on this:

  1. Create a Zap and choose Wix Automations as the trigger app.
  2. Select the "Automation Rule" trigger for Wix Automations.
  3. Connect your Wix Automations account to Zapier if you haven't already done so.
  4. Choose the Wix form you want to use.
  5. Test the Wix Automations trigger to ensure that it's working properly.
  6. Next, add an Action app and choose the app for the form on the other website. (i.e. Webhooks by Zapier, etc...)
  7. Depending on the app you're using, you may need to create a new form in that app or choose an existing form to use.
  8. Map the fields from the Wix form to the corresponding fields in the form on the other website.
  9. Test the Action app to ensure that it's working properly.
  10. Turn on the Zap and start collecting data from the Wix form, which will be automatically fed into the form on the other website.
