How do I to format Jotform multi-select options as separate rows in Excel?

i have a form as follows

  1. Name - John Doe
  2. Email -
  3. Multi select field
    1. Marketing
    2. HR

it comes through on excel like this

John Doe marketing; hr



i i would like it like this


John Doe marketing
John Doe hr


whats the best way to do this?
