Afternoon all

I am a complete newbie with zapier so bear with me! I am building a database in airtable for a client where I need it to send an email to my client when a customers service is due and I have managed to confuse myself !

If anyone could explain it like you would to a 6 year old that would be great

Hey there! 

 

The best thing to do here would be to

  1. Have a field which tells us what time the service is due
  2. Then create a view which is based on that specific time (i.e. when you want the email to send)

Then create a trigger based on when a record comes into that view.
