How do I refresh data after the zap run being delayed for specific days

Current Status: Zapier pulls new orders from Magento 2 and holds the data for 7 days before the next action.

Issue: Once the order is pulled from Magento 2, the order is normally in “processing” status which is working fine, however we are looking for orders with status “dispatched”

Question: Is it possible to refresh the data after zap proceeds from the delayed action step?

Hi @bobux-it 

Good question.

To get the updated data for a record, you’d need to find the record again.

However, there is no find action for Magento.

Troy is correct that in order for this to work it would require a “find” function/action, which isn’t supported at the moment. 😔

I did poke around a bit and found an open feature request for a “Find Order” action that I’ve added your vote to though! While it doesn’t guarantee it will be implemented it’s the best way to stay informed if that changes. We’ll also be sure to keep the topic updated as well. 🙂
