How do I create multiple line entries in QuickBooks for each item in a JotForm submission?

I have a jotform that lists text fields “item 1 description” “item 1 amount” “item 2 description” “item 2 amount” etc. I have a zap that will create a new bill in quickbooks when the form is submiitted. I need the bill to create a new line entry for each item so that line one description is item 1 description and line 1 amount is item 1 amount. Then a second line below that for item 2 and amount 2 etc. for as many as there are entries for.

Hi @capools

Thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Here’s what I think your Zap would look like:

  1. Trigger (JotForm): “New Submission” in JotForm. This triggers when a new submission has been added to a specific form.
  2. Action (QuickBooks Online): “Create Invoice” in QuickBooks Online. This adds a new invoice (with line item support.)

You may check JotForm and QuickBooks Online Integration for more information here:

Hopefully this helps!
