Hi.

 

I’m trying to create a workflow where if an Outlook calendar event begins in my calendar, I delete a record in Zapier Tables. I tried using Zapier’s AI tool for this but couldn’t get it to give me something workable for this.

Can anyone suggest a good Zap setup for this?

Good question.

Try these Zap steps:

  1. Trigger: Outlook - Calendar Event Start
  2. Action: Zapier Tables - Find Record
  3. Action: Zapier Tables - Delete Record

Thanks. I think the AI suggestions were a bit wonky but manually looking for the calendar start trigger worked.
