How do I convert Clio picklist values to text in Zapier without creating a Lookup Table?

Someone asked a question 2 years ago about converting the number assigned to picklist values in a Clio custom field to text. Using the Formatter Lookup Table would work (and I know how to find the number assigned to each picklist value in Clio), however, my picklist has 150 values so copying the numbers to create a Lookup Table would be very time-consuming. Is there an easier way to accomplish this?

My end goal is that when a Matter is opened in Clio that a new card is created in Trello with the value of the Clio Custom Field populated in a Trello Custom Field in the card.

Hi @JennK 

Good question.

You may have to use the Clio API to scrape the dropdown options to create the lookup table.

Other apps can be used as a lookup table. (e.g. GSheets, Airtable, Zapier Tables)
