How do I combine two Zaps to add data from two forms to one Google Doc?

Hi, I have 2 different zaps. The first one is when there is a new google form(x) it creates a new google doc(y) and fills the information from google form(x) into doc(y) that it created. The setup for the second one is similar where the action is a new google form(z) is created but I would like to use that information to add to doc(y). I wanted to somehow link the two zaps together because there will always be a new document created when there is a new google form(x) and I want to always fill the information from google form (z) into the doc that is created.

Hi @byoung 

You may need to log the GForm submissions somewhere to be used as a lookup table. (e.g. GSheet or Airtable)
