Hi @JuliusN

Good question.

That would likely have to be configured in Acuity for the behavior after booking to redirect to a desired URL.

Hi @JuliusN,

Thank you for posting in the Zapier Community! Happy to help here.

When determining if your workflow is possible on Zapier, you'll need to consider the available triggers and actions for the apps that you're using. These are like the building blocks we give you, which you can use to create your automated workflow.

In this case, we have available triggers and actions for:
Acuity Schedulinghttps://zapier.com/apps/acuity-scheduling/integrations#triggers-and-actions

ActiveCampaignhttps://zapier.com/apps/activecampaign/integrations#triggers-and-actions
With these available building blocks, you have the ingredients you need to create a workflow between these apps. A possible workflow might be something like:

  1. Acuity Scheduling: New Product Order
  2. ActiveCampaign: Add Contact to Automation

Please note that the Automation part in step 2 has to be set by you inside ActiveCampaign. You can create an Automation inside ActiveCampaign where you can send your customers welcome or thank you emails once they purchased something in Acuity.

More information on Automations in ActiveCampaign here: https://help.activecampaign.com/hc/en-us/articles/218788657-What-are-automations-in-ActiveCampaign-An-overview

Does that point you in the right direction? Let me know your thoughts!
