How can I get a slack message that states any sort of change that happens within an Excel spreadsheet?

I have already created a process that indicates me whenever the sheet gets updated but it doesn’t tell me what exactly.  I would like for it to tell me that a cell has been edited for ____ item. The slack message can say, ____ item was added, modified, or deleted.  Something along those lines.
