I have set up a workflow using Email Parser by Zapier (Trigger: New email) & Airtable (Trigger: Create Record). 

The issue is related to to the Fields extracted. With the Recipient email Field its only extracting 1 Email address (First one) even tho on the source email there are multiple addresses.

Is it possible to extract more than 1 Email address? This is an essencial part of the workflow.

Good question.

The free email parser by Zapier is not reliable or robust.

Options to try instead:

  1. Mailparser: https://zapier.com/apps/mailparser/integrations
  2. Ask AI
    1. Action: ChatGPT - Extract Structured Data
  3. Code
    1. Action: Run JavaScript

This is an existing feature request. I’ve added you to the list of users requesting it, which means you’ll be the first to hear as soon as it gets addressed. We get so many of these request that I can’t say when it will be addressed, but these votes do weigh in what we prioritize.
