How can I create a HiBob trigger that integrates employee holiday bookings with Deputy?

There are only 5 triggers for HiBob currently, and they are all focused around creation or removal of employee… I need a trigger that can transfer the data of an employees booked holiday to be transferred to Deputy.

Simple workflow

Trigger: HiBob - Employee Books Holiday 

Action: Deputy - Adds Unavailability to Calendar/Rota

 

How can I get this developed or created? Or is there a way to use custom web hooks to deliver this functionality?

You’ll likely have to explore the Hibob API and/or Webhooks capabilities: https://www.hibob.com/integrations/open-api/

Webhooks app would be the app to use in the Zaps: https://zapier.com/apps/webhook/integrations
