How can I boost Stripe + Gmail Zap for B2B SaaS?

My Idea is setting up many zaps (stripe + gmail) for my B2B Software


new paid customer - auto welcome email about onboarding and survey (this can be step emails)

payment error - auto email recommending the user to change the credit card

monthly payment - auto thank you email + survey for improvement

churned customer - auto 1min survey about reason to cancel 

1st anniversary of becoming paid customer - nice thank you email


How can we make this better? Any other powerful or creative ideas?

Hey @dai-tokyo,

I think what you are looking for are classic automated email campaigns. Maybe a tool like for example would work better for you? Basically, you can ask your user any time they perform a certain action in your saas tool, thou.

This would also be an ideal use case for ActiveCampaign. (Or, to @Ennes ‘ point, pretty much any marketing automation solution.) They’re typically based around email. It could be done with Zapier + Gmail, but there are other systems purpose-built for it.
