How can I automate email replies using ChatGPT with varying sender details in Zapier?

I am trying to automate my email replies using a chatgpt. Am I being silly? is this beyond someone with limited IT knowledge?

for example: I am unsure how to complete these fields when each email will come from a different sender so not possible to say who the sender is!

 

 

My next issue is completing these fields
