Help with a Zendesk > Notion Trigger

I’m trying to use Notion to track feature requests reported in Zendesk. 


When a ticket is tagged ‘feature request’ I’d like it to populate a line on a Notion table to include 3 fields from the ticket. 


Is this possible and if so, can someone help me walk through the formula?
