How to auto-send certificates via email based on Google Form responses & update Trello?

Is it possible to have a google form where customers complete a survey, if the customers say yes to 10 or more questions I’d like to be able to send them an email with a certificate attached and then an email to myself or update a trello board.

Yes, that is possible.

You would have to add logic to check/count the filled fields.

I don’t suppose you have the instructions to do the logic part on the Google form? There’s 14 questions on the form and they are all yes or no. If the users answer yes to 10 or more then the email would be sent with a certificate attached and then an action on my Trello.
