Getting value from an Airtable record, how to use it in another step

I’m a bit lost on what could be a very simple thing…

I’d like to use a value of a field in an Airtable record in a Zapier step. Is this a step that follows using a “Find Record in Airtable” step?

You can map data points between Zap steps using the ‘Custom’ option on fields.
