Forbidden - User role 'author' cannot access this request.

 can Anyone help me resolve this? and what does it mean?

Hey @JCGarcia, welcome to the Community!

 

It’s a little tricky to tell without knowing what app your using or where you are seeing this error with. It usually means that the account in the app that’s connected to the Zap doesn’t have the permissions needed to do what the Zap is trying to do.

 

Usually with this kind of error, you need to take a look at your permissions in the app that’s connected to Zapier.
