Feature Request: Freshdesk Custom Customer Fields

Only the customer fields that ship with Freshdesk are selectable in a Zap. I want to select custom fields that I have added. My use case is syncing contacts among Freshdesk, Google Contacts, etc.

I want to clarify, what trigger event are you using in Freshdesk?

Update Contact in Freshdesk to trigger Update Contact in Google Contacts

I’m jumping in to see if I can help!

I did some digging into this, and it appears that the "Update Contact in Freshdesk" trigger does not currently support custom fields.

I have put in a feature request for this on your behalf. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track interest in this feature being implemented
  • Allows us to notify you via email if this feature becomes available in the future

While I don't have an ETA on when this feature might be implemented, we will notify you via email if it is!
