How do I extract the email address of someone who clicks a link to a Google Forms survey inside a ConvertKit email, and add it as data to the survey that specific person is completing (i.e., making sure that their survey responses and their email address imported from ConvertKit end up in the same dataset)?

Is this even possible, or is there another workaround (short of having people enter their email address in the survey again)?
