Do I need a multi-step Zap to update the status of an order after I create it in WooCommerce?

Hello the community

I would like to know if the following funnel is possible before subscribing /price plan and the plugin

My idee

When I complete a google sheet, I would like to create a woocommerce order with the Status : Completed

(without paiement)

I’ve seen that it is possible to create an order completing a row with the plugin

Is it possible to changer the status at the same time or is it a multi step zaps to have a status completed?

(is the free plan + wordpress plugin is enough or does I need to have the starter plan (19€ / month) + wordpress plugin (59€ / year)

thanks for your help

regards

Hi @edcobz007

Good question.

Seems like you’ll need 2 Zaps.

1 Zap to create the WooCommerce Order.

1 Zap to update the WooCommerce Order.

Check out this help article about using the GSheet New/Updated Row trigger: https://zapier.com/help/doc/common-problems-with-google-sheets-on-zapier#new-or-updated-spreadsheet-row-trigger-behavior

1 of the Zaps will likely need to be multi-step, thus you’ll need a Zapier paid plan.
