Generally speaking, it sounds like you would want to look into the Digest by Zapier app in order to build something that you can send out daily. You’d need multiple Zaps, that each trigger from the social media networks you want to monitor. They each add to the same digest, then you release the digest and add the email step.

Would these posts be from accounts that you own, or did you intend to monitor external accounts. And which social networks are you talking about?
