Hi all. 

 

It doesn’t appear that the Create Invoice operation for the Quickbooks Online iPremium] Zap has a field that would indicate that the invoice is a recurring invoice, so we have to manually go into Quickbooks and tap the “Make Recurring” button for any invoice synchronized.

 

Does anyone know a workaround, or perhaps we’re missing something obvious?

Just stopping by to announce that we’ve added the ability to create a recurring invoices to the existing Create Invoice action! 🎉

This feature gives you the ability to set things like the interval type (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly, yearly), start and end dates or even a fix number of occurrences:

It’s not currently possible to create a recurring invoice using the Zapier Quickbooks integration, sorry about that. 

We do have a feature request open for recurring transactions in Quickbooks. I've added your email address as another vote for this addition - we use these feature lists to prioritise updates to the integrations which we maintain. I don't have an ETA of when or if this will happen, but we will definitely email you and update this thread if we add it in the future. :)
