Creating a Zap between Basecamp and zoom

I have zoom as an app - and can test the connection and all is good. Then when I create the zap and test sending the meeting to zoom is fails. I have tried to set this up numerous times. Not sure what I am missing.

For the When field, it expects a date and time.
Remove the mapped variable for “Summary” as that’s not relevant.
Remove the mapped variable for “Ends At”, which will be taken care of by the Duration field. (see below)
Add a Time value (make sure there is a space between the “Starts At” variable and the time variable)

 

The Duration field expects a Number.
It’s unlikely the mapped variable for “Summary” will have the correct value.

Please post screenshots with how each of your Zaps steps is configured in order for us to have more context.

Please also post the returned error/issue for the Zap step.
