Does anyone know if it is possible to create a reply to an incoming email, but without sending it?
Thing is, I want to keep all the email correspondence with the client in the same thread as it’s more manageable, but before I send the email, I need to add a person-specific attachment.
So basically I want to combine the “Reply to email” and “Create a draft”. But it doesn’t seem like it’s possible - I must either send the email right away or create a new thread entirely.
