Create event on Outlook Calendar from Shopify Customer notes

I want to utilize Zapier to connect Shopify (when I enter a note in the Customer information) to Outlook Calendar - creating an event for followup. Anyone do anything like this?

Hey @eqgoddess,

I think it could work like this:

  • Trigger: Shopify - Updated Customer (see here)
  • Action: Microsoft Outlook - Create Event (see here)
