Copying a Box Folder (whole structure of subfolders)

Hey Team, 

I am trying to copy a box folder that has a number of substructures. Is there a way to do this without rebuilding the folder structure through individual actions?

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

I did some digging into this, and it appears that the "Copy Folder" action in Box integration is not currently available. However, we do have an open feature request for it, and I've gone ahead and added your email address to the request. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track interest in this feature being implemented
  • Allows us to notify you via email if this feature becomes available in the future

While I don't have an ETA on when this feature might be implemented, we will notify you via email if it is!
