ConnectWise error when selecting filters

I can setup a good connection using Zapier and ConnectWise using public/private keys.  I test it and it works.


But when I choose the “method” to get a notification if a ticket changes, then Zapier lists several filters I can apply.  All of those return an error when I click to populate them from ConnectWise.


I cannot progress any further with setting up the ZAP at this point.


I’m guessing there are some additional privileges needed in ConnectWise?  If so, does anyone know what they are?  I’m not a ConnectWise admin and don’t have those privileges but I can work with our admin to get changes.


FYI, I’ve already checked the ConnectWise documentation and found no information indicating what privileges might be involved.  Nor do I see it mentioned on this site.
