Can't Connect to Zoho Analytics

Hello, 

I’m trying to connect to a colleagues Zoho Analytics account and see workspaces that he has shared permission for me on Zoho Analytics. When I go to look for the workspaces, It lists no workspaces at all and I can’t do anything from there. Is this a security thing? How would I get past this?

Note: Only Account Admin and Workspace Admin can import data using Zapier.
