I am also having the same issue. Plus, seems I can no longer record refunds? (Stripe → Wave)

It looks like you have run into a current Wave bug and Stripe feature request! I've gone ahead and added you as an impacted user for the bug and added your vote to the Stripe refund feature request.
I don't have an ETA on when there might be a resolution, but you'll definitely be notified as soon as we hear back that it's been fixed and if the feature is made available. I'm sorry that I don't have better news here, but please let us know if you have any additional questions!
