Can I use my Zapier account on behalf of my end user?

I want to be able to create a workflow from my own application, but I don’t want to ask every single one of my users to create a Zapier account.

So, can I integrate Zapier into my application, where Zaps workflows will be created in my company’s account? (via API or whatever necessary tool)
