Can I update my Google Sheets Spreadsheet when changes are made to AppSheet?

I have a Google SPREADSHEET called MEMBERS_8
I want to udate a SHEET in the above called GOOGLE_CONTACTS

The trigger is any change (no duplicates) in myPhone Contacts List in the LABEL group -  APPSHEET
If label APPSHEET changes - can I see the updated Contact list in MEMBERS_8 !, GOOGLE CONTACTS?

Use this as trigger 

 

 

And this as action to update sheet contact
