Bullhorn CRM not pulling all fields

Hi -

Trying to setup an automation via Zapier to push info to a teams chat when a new job is added.  The integration between Bullhorn and Zapier seems live and working, but I’m only able to see Job IDs - not any of the other relevant information, such as company name, owner of the job, etc.

Not sure if this is something with the connector, or something beyond that - any help is apprecaited.

Hi @CubexG

Bullhorn CRM doesn't currently provide a contact's company or title for its "New Contact" Trigger.

It’s likely the Bullhorn API would have to be used: https://bullhorn.github.io/rest-api-docs/#introduction

App APIs can be used in Zaps with the Webhooks app as an action step: https://zapier.com/apps/webhook/help

Actually trying to do this on New Opportunity  (JobOrder) not contact.  Is that across the board that Zaps don’t pull in other info?  I get the ID number, but that’s it.

From experience, the Bullhorn CRM Zap app integration is limiting.

Understood.  I’m somewhat familiar with how the APIs work, but haven’t set one up in Zapier before.  I saw your links and I appreciate that - but do you have any experience with doing it directly?  Feel free to send me a private message if this is something you might want to help me with.
