I own a small and growing children’s museum and play space and have been working on launching a membership program complete with scannable digital membership cards through Passkit.

The way I’m currently building this, our customers purchase automatically renewing subscriptions powered by Squarespace’s recurring billing option.

How would I set up auto-updating expiration dates on these digital membership cards and be able to account for automatic renewals as well as cancellations?

Thanks - I’m new to Zapier but feel like I can create something pretty slick if I can get this part down!

Good question.

Guessing you are using Stripe for the Squarespace subscriptions.

You will probably need separate Zaps for the different workflow use cases.

Do you have the list of steps outlined for each workflow to automate? (trigger + action)

Have you reviewed the available Zap triggers/actions for each of the apps?
