Airtable isnt pulling in all fields in my test data from my table

Newbie here to trying to get to grips with Airtable.

 

Im trying to do a Airtable to Freshbooks integration.

My test data only seems to pull in 4 or 5 fields from my table of 20 fields, including a missing field which is populated with a checkbox, which I want to use as part of the filter.

 

Anyone know where I might be going wrong?

Have you taken a look at Airtable's guide on how to find records and tables? https://support.airtable.com/hc/en-us/articles/218151657 - I’m thinking that if you could pinpoint your results, then you can pull in exactly the filtered data that you wish to have.
